For an initial registration fee of 50€, the Care Card is entitled to:
Special payment conditions on the various services
- Payment up to 30 days when the clinical episode results in an Inpatient treatment over 6 hours
- Payment up to 30 days when the clinical episode results in a Surgery

Other preferential conditions to be agreed between the Card holder and the Hospital Particular do Algarve
- Outpatient Services – 10%
- Ambulatory treatment – 10%
- Daily rates and doctors fees on Inpatient treatment, Permanent Observation Unit and Intensive Care – 10%
- Maternity Services – 10%
- Operating Theatre charges and surgeon fees – 10%
- Recovery room expenses – 10%
- Consumable material and pharmacy costs – 10%
- All exams and tests (excluding Hemodynamics and Nuclear Medicine) – 10%
- Hemodynamics Exams – 20%
- Nuclear Medicine Exams – 20%
- Ambulance Transport – 30%
